In the first round of interviews we played a game where we traded against each other on the stock price (the price reflected the average between all the prices written on the board and on the cards each person had).
Basically it was a bid-ask game where you had to capture the spread.

In the first stage, there was a two-day take-home test requiring basic knowledge of Python coding. Those who make it through the application process will then get a chance to sit down with a quant trader for a 2 hour interview.
