The interview process was structured and clear. It included initial application screening, followed by practical transcription tests to evaluate accuracy, attention to detail, and understanding of their style guide and platform.

Question 1
They asked me to describe my experience with transcription and how I ensure high accuracy under tight deadlines. I explained my workflow for quality checks and attention to style guidelines.
It was fairly smooth but of course, it takes a while to be accepted. The exams also took a long while, it took me about 3 hours to finish the basic exam.
