For some reason the Sales Director was never confident about my capabilities, I still got hired but he stuck to his opinion during my entire stint. Always shared negative feedback about me to the Leadership team when I was going through a rough patch in my life and was trying to perform the best I could.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at InfoPro Learning (New Delhi) in Oct 2024
Interview
Positives:
I was recently interviewed for the position of a Training Manager/Specialist at InfoPro Learning. I really liked their test questions and the overall range of skills that they tested. The end-to-end process included at least four steps, starting from initial HR screening to Written Assessments followed by interviews with a Manager and the AVP. They rigorously tested my ID knowledge and skills, including Needs Analysis, Design Decisions, Training Evaluation, work experience and overall presentation skills.
Areas of Improvement:
1. Culture - I found some discrepancies within the job description and the consultant's view of the job description which the HR addressed promptly.
2. Review of Test - I failed to understand if they had checked my work test thoroughly.
3. Salary Negotiations - In the last conversation the HR asked me if I would be willing to join for a salary much less than the initial budget that the company had quoted, which was not negotiable for me.
My application was rejected the following week.

Question 1
Example question 1. Sample scenario of a learning need and asked what questions will I ask to the client to uncover their training needs effectively?
They have given me one task to come up with, i did research and put my time and effort, and submitted the task, but they didn't even give the feedback, at least they should send a rejection mail even after multiple followups, don't reply. interviews at this company pathetic team, they don't value other people time and effort,
