The interview process with InfoScout took about 2 months from start to finish. There was a phone screening, two technical interviews, as well as an on site interview where I was flown out to their office in San Francisco. While the interviews were difficult, it didn't seem like they were looking for rote memorization and were understanding when I made small syntactical errors on the white board. Overall, the company seems like it is a great place to work and I appreciated how passionate the employees are about their product as well as where the company is moving. The process was well organized and everybody I spoke to was responsive. I would have happily accepted the offer except for external circumstances that prevented it.
