Information Management Services Programmer/Analyst interview questions

I had a four round interview process. The final in-person interview round was a catastrophe. I was actually told by someone in the lobby that they weren't interviewing anyone and to leave the premises. I showed this person my email invitation and was told that it "could be a scam". Only after name-dropping my previous interviewer was I allowed to enter the lobby. Five minutes later I was brought before a six person panel interview. Later in the interview I asked where I see myself in five years. I said that I hoped to get more responsibility and move up in the company, and I asked what growth opportunities were available. They told me there really aren't any.
