The process was not proceed, and no Interview Process was chosen from the team. The company is automatically filter out my application process even i am qualified for the role i am applying.
Ingram had a very simple process, I interviewed with a few managers panel style. They have very straightforward questions and was a quick process. Then I interviewed with the direct manager who had more job specific questions.

They asked me how I worked in stressful situations and where I wanted to go in my career. I was young and this is an entry level job so I don't feel like they were expecting too much out of me.
