Did a screening interview with a woman who was really nice and excited, telling me it went well and that she'd be excited to talk to the hiring manager about me. It lasted for about an hour with a lot of questions. Didn't get a message for a week until I messaged them asking if I've moved forward and they sent me an invite to a meeting with the hiring manager. He was nice but he seemed a little stressed. Went through my portfolio and we talked a lot- I thought it went well, although he couldn't answer any of the questions that I asked him about the company as he was new. Then I heard nothing for 3-4 weeks, sent a follow-up email, and never heard back. Waste of time.
