I was scheduled to meet with the department manager at their office location, arrived early and was not greeted for another 15 minutes. Greeted by a manager in jeans and a tank top - the office has a very casual feel. The interview itself was very comfortable and covered appropriate topics for the listed position. I was out in less than 30 minutes and received an offer later that day.

-Requested previous experience in customer service, being that I switched career fields previous to this position.
-Simulated customer call/email questions and asked my responses
