Interview
Had 2 phone round and one on site interviews - where I met with three Senior Manager/Director level folks:
Phone 1: HR screening: checking basic communication skills, ability to relocate if needed, preference to work from home, current/expected compensation
Phone 2: Manager: what type of projects/tools have you worked on, strengths / weaknesses etc.
On site: Garden variety - why Inovalon, why healthcare, why this job etc.

Interview
One telephonic interview with HR, followed by one telephonic interview with the Hiring manager and then two rounds of skype interview. There was no plan of another interview with the hiring manager, but there was one. He said he is very happy with the feedback and he would hire me. I did not hear back from them for 2 weeks. I got a call from another recruiter from the same company saying that the earlier recruiter left the organization. She initiated another discussion with the manager. Overall, this process went on and I was offered a job.
But, looking at everything, I was not comfortable with their work culture and have declined the offer.
