I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global (Stamford, CT) in Dec 2016
Interview
Over the phone interview, followed by a face-to-face interview, and last was a lunch interview. The phone interview was just basic questions asking where I go to school and some work experience. The face to face interview was at the office and I was interview by four different people. A couple account managers and a couple of sales managers. The final lunch interview I was interviewed by a sales manager and it was basically a casual lunch, but they wanted to see me in the environment because account managers are required to meet with clients in that type of setting.
I applied online. I interviewed at Insight Global (Grand Rapids, MI) in Jun 2026
Interview
Smooth phone screening process. I felt like my answers were adequately answered and I am interested to learn more. I am hesitant as the position does seem like it may be too good to be true.
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment
