Initially, I was nervous for my interview but, Sophia and Alexis were very professional and kind. They explained to me the job description in detail and I discussed my history experiences in order to prove why I was a good match for this position.

Did you ever have a situation with an irate customer on the phone and how did you handle it?
Small talk is the most importantly part of the interview process. They hire soley for personality and drive so if you show you can be natural with conversation that sets you apart.
easy just have to know how to small talk. they look for depth in your answers and how you can push yourself to be better. they just want to see that you can drive the conversation and be curious about the positon. no experience necesarry.. easy but tbh toxic work env iroment

The interview process was like any other interview process with a recruiter. I ended up backing out, but it seems like they want people who are excited about the company and the role.
