I applied in-person. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Insight Global in Feb 2023
Interview
Was first contacted on Handshake and LinkedIn. Met territory manager at college career fair and loved her. Met later that week for a more personal 30 min convo. Was sort of in a week long limbo to hear back weather I would love on to meeting office personnel. Was able to move on to a zoom interview with an office. That’s where it went sour. Morning of interview, office leader was late to zoom call and was on phone a good bit…did not seem interested even though I was pulling out all the strings and key words that the territory manager had prepped me for and assured me of feedback. Needless to say I did not move on past the office personnel round. Still haven’t gotten any feedback. Was really sad because I really wanted to make a difference for IG, but part of me feels like you have to have the “look” to get in and the money motivation. Overall decent experience.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Why sales, how have you shown grit? Why do you want to be here?
Unprofessional! Recruiter didn't want to turn on her camera during the interview. I didn't take it serious and shut down the interview before it began. Always remember your time needs to be respected.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Insight Global (Austin, TX) in Oct 2025
Interview
Normal interview process. Screening, then moved on to two additional interviews. However, poor communication and constantly rescheduling last minute by the recruiters or lack of communication . Then no follow once I had the final interview. I had to check-in and they chose another candidate.

Question 1
Why was I looking to make a transition to a new employer?
It was super easy and my interviewer was very nice. She made the conversation really easy and told me I would hear back in a few days if I’m moved forward.
