I was contacted by a current Insight Global recruiter that found my resume online. He was very laid back and easy to talk to. It didn't even seem like I was being interviewed, more so it was like having a casual conversation with a friend. I was very comfortable. After about fifteen minutes on the phone he set up an in person interview.

Interview
They reached out to me. Great communication and straightforward process: 3 rounds of interviews including one screening call, one interview and an in person interview and shadowing day in office.
Two rounds of interviews to see whether or not you’re a good fit - translation if they can boss you around and make you do things beyond the job description
3 round interview process. 2 remote and the last one was onsite at the ATL HQ. They were friendly, I had a good time, but ultimately didn’t get the job
