Insurium interview questions

Insurium conducted two interviews when I applied. The first was a general interview with overall qualification and work style inquiry. When called back for a second interview, it was held with two directors and very specific questions regarding my skillset, work history, expertise and industry knowledge. I also was asked to provide some Business related artifacts (no data) that would provide tangible insight into my abilities. The follow up and communication were handled well, and within about two weeks I was offered a position.

I had a great experience with Insurium. My first interview was with the CTO. She took me through the products and the team structure. She answered all my questions and gave an honest but positive perspective of the company. My last and final interview was with the CEO, he was very personable and really wanted to make sure this was a good culture fit for both sides. I felt like I had a good understanding of product, team and vision so I could make an informed decision.
