HR was fine and very responsive. Interview with VP was awful. Took one look at my resume and cut the interview short by 15 mins (why even have the interview then?), then asked why I switched roles and why I was interested in the position. Got the feeling there was already someone in mind for the role and I was just a practice interview. The role wasnt something id like anyways and the company isnt doing well so it looks like I dodged a bullet.
