I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Integra Realty Resources (Austin, TX) in Feb 2012
Interview
The process was very informal. We met for lunch and they showed me an appraisal I was given a brief overview of the company and just discussed my own experiences. Later, I sent in a writing sample as well. Overall, it was very laid back and more casual than most other interviews I had done.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Integra Realty Resources in Oct 2019
Interview
I interviewed with the senior managing director and then had a phone interview with two part owners of the office. I had applied online and met the senior managing director in person for a lunch interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Integra Realty Resources (Austin, TX) in Oct 2013
Interview
Sent an e-mail to the branch manager in regards to a posting online. He responded within 2 days, and I traveled down to Austin for a lunch interview the following week. Met with the manager and another analyst. Interview was pleasant; mostly about why I wanted to relocate and why I was interested in real estate. The manager suggested I get a head start and sign up for online valuation training classes, which I did. Interview left off with both the manager and analyst telling me that though nothing was open at the moment, I would be a good fit and they would make sure something works out in the near future. A month later, I am have completed the courses on my own and my e-mails are not being returned in regards to whether or not they will be extending an offer.
