Interview
Interview was very casual; the company is mostly concerned with hiring the right individual. They are fiercely protective of the team culture here and hire based on best-fit. I had a phone interview, an in-person interview with the hiring manager, and a team/panel interview.

Question 1
I was asked about how I have approached problems in the past. I was also asked what type of work environment I was looking for, what teams I had been on in the past were like, and what I liked/didn't like about those teams.
