Formal but relaxed. Panel was quite friendly. they gave a bit of overview about the company and what they do, how the position fits into the company plans. They try to make feel comfortable as the candidate.

general questions such as what makes you the best candidate, why do you want to leave your current job, how many people report to you, how do you manage conflict?

Interview
Interviewed with the Director of HR and the Owner. They did not ask any of the normal interview questions. They also could not give a timeline as to when a decision was going to be made.
