The interview process was slightly intimidating, as almost all are. However, the company isn't as old-fashioned and uptight as many other firms. This becomes apparent from the pingpong table and nerf guns around. Overall, my interview experience went fairly well. Expect to be interviewed by a seasoned engineer, not an HR person. It may benefit you to brush up on moments, shear, stress/strain curves or other things related to the position. You're more likely to impress them with your engineering skills than "what is your greatest strength, greatest weakness, and a time you had to overcome an obstacle."
