Phone interview followed by a video interview, all done online. The process was easy enough, you will be asked to submit a demo lesson with some other documents between the two interviews. They give full guidance for this and the hiring team were helpful with any questions.

I did 3 interviews. First one with the HR of the company. Simple questions and the HR was easy to talk to. Compared to the HR in AEON Eikaiwa it was an interview that allowed the interviewer to be more of a free thinker(some companies really want robot thinkers). Second interview I did was an online interview to explain my intentions of being an ALT and what teaching methods you would like to use. Third interview was a demo lesson that I performed towards an ALT.
