Interactions Intent Analyst interview questions

The job was listed on Craigslist. The interview seemed like a bit of a joke. I was asked what my WPM was and instead of taking the typing test, they made up a number. Then I practiced for a couple days what my position would entail before I went to the floor.

Tested for accuracy and speed. Very easy work, spelling and grammar matters. listening skills are important. In some cases you type what you here from customer. Helps to have computer skills for most of their customer base. typing skills would help if at least 40 wpm
