Phone only, easy. The company's recruiter will check if you meet requirement (CCC, or CF) and contact you. After that, the recruiter will arrange your visit to see a facility where you work. you will meet DOR and other rehab staff, the DOR will give you a tour of the facility. If you like there, they will start your hiring process.

My phone interview was done over 4 years ago. Quick phone interview with Regional Mentor and was hired shortly after. They provided a low offer; I think they were just looking for a warm body to fill the position.
