Interfaith Youth Core interview questions

I only did the first round of interviews, but the quick 30 minute call gave me a better understanding of the role and organization than the job description did. It was fairly straightforward and pleasant as far as interviews go.

It was a very short interview, interviewer seemed to have not been prepared at all. I couldn’t tell what the company actually did even though I asked questions. It was a waste of my time and a disappointment really as the company sounded a lot more proactive than they actually are. I have also not heard a single word back since September, beyond unprofessional. Honestly, this company lacks clear vision and goals and it shouldn’t be terribly difficult to explain what day-to-day looks like it if things are clear.
