Intermountain Rural Electric Association Consumer Service Representaive11 interview questions

Phone interview for a full time position from a part time position. Interviewed by top manager over department and a call center head manager. Only one interview was required for permanent employees. The interview lasted between 15 to 20 minutes. Outcome of interview was a temp got the job, and a couple of months later, my part time position was discontinued. After my lay off, a full time position came open. I submitted my cover letter and resume and received no response what so ever.
