This was more based off the company ,and not much about me.

Interview
Very simple interview process with the regional coordinator, completed over the phone. The majority of the conversation focused around my previous experience with exchange programs, teaching, and the school community.-

Interview
Ad was ran on Craigs List, I emailed resume- called by a Regional Director- explained that the pay was based on placements and supervision, set my own hours and their was travel incentive. She called reference and I was expected to start placing 5 students with no prospects for host families.

Question 1
After explaining the pay process was split up by placements and supervision she asked if it sounded alright. I was asked very little about anything other than where I was calling from and what school districts I could cover. I didn't get the feeling that my skills mattered but rather who I knew and if I could "find families".
