Worst process ever. The HR called for screening call and it looked more like an investigation rather than a positive interview. The HR was trying to grill on every word i was saying and asked for references before scheduling any kind of interview. Here comes their manager asking me questions like she was the official hiring manager of the company taking my interview. Most entitled and egoistic people working here. I have never had like this experience before where an agency wants to eliminate a candidate but want to grill him first before rejecting. Usually i have seen agency sending an RTR before submitting an application.I was never sent an RTR and was told my application was submitted. They treat like having a gap in your resume like you are a criminal and changing jobs is a problem. But when i followed up i was lied that my application was submitted and after my follow up I was said the client rejected my profile. Zero transparency. Liars.
