In person after two screening calls. Panel interview with STAR questions. Questions were very generic and I don't get a feel they really liked asking them either. Overall, another followup afterwards with background and drug testing.

How would you handle if you knew someone was stealing from the company.
first a call from HR thay did ask and overall questions like skills, interests,current salary, desire salary. 2nd supervisor only technical skills 3rd manager overall questions how soon I can join them.
