International Student Exchange interview questions

The interview process was very simple. The company worked with me to schedule a phone interview. Before the interview, I was asked if I had any questions. During the interview, I was permitted to ask any questions. If the person interviewing me could not answer a question, then he/she gave me the name and contact information of someone who could. My references were checked in one day - and over a holiday weekend! I know have access to the website and training. I'm just waiting to hear back from someone about getting started.
