Interpublic Group Project Manager interview questions

There was no recruiter phone screen - straight to hiring manager. They scheduled a Friday end of the day. Not great, not terrible. Then they rescheduled cause of hiring manager conflict. I spent more than 20 mins waiting for the guy to finish his previous call. He kept saying few more mins. The interview felt like pulling teeth, had to ask multiple times the same thing to get an answer. Not enough time for questions because he had to leave for his next call. Generic rejection email, no feedback after I followed up.
