Interview
After applying to Interrupt online I had a screener call with HR the following day. The day after this I had an in-person interview with the Director of Operations and one day later had 3 back-to-back in-person interviews. The next day I agreed to a week of shadowing due to the complexity of the position and my previous experience being somewhat different. At the end of the week I was given a formal job offer by the company's owner. Overall, it was a great process & I felt welcomed by the team at all stages of the interview. I felt more comfortable in these interviews than I have at previous companies in my field.

Interview
I came in for multiple interviews with various team members and a shadowing opportunity. The overall experience was pleasant but seemed lengthy in process. However, given the understanding of the company and the culture, it was important that they take their time and make the right decision.
