I was called and chatted with manager about horses and my prior experience casually. We planned for an interview. She took me out for coffee, seemed more nervous than I was, seemed to have already chosen me for the position. After she extended me the offer I asked her to give me a little time. When I did get back to her she did not respond to my emails or calls for several days. Which should have been a sign about the company as a whole, but I was excited about working for an equestrian non profit.
