Was contacted by their field recruiter. Interview went well and was set up for an interview with the company. That interview went well and the field recruiter contacted me to see how it went. She was ready to send me an offer letter but had to go through one more interview. It was supposed to happen within a few days but took over 1 week. The person that interviewed me was quite a bit younger. I could tell that the minute she saw my "grey hair" that I was disqualified from the job. She was very belittling and quite snub. Her main questions involved if I could "lift 20 lbs" and then went up to if I could lift 50 lbs. I was dressed for an "interview" and she also was very demeaning about how I had to wear clothes that could be ruined. It was not a positive experience.
