The interview sounded real , but I then received an offer email with a non disclosure agreement , request for my id, and a picture of me holding my id.. I'm questioning if this is a scam as they did not send a W2 to fill out first. Seems like I give out my identity and they are offering nothing in return . Also they just opened website in 2022 .
