Three rounds plus a writing assignment. First round with HR, second round the hiring manager, then the assignment, the last round with two groups of two people. All in all about 2 hours worth of interview time. I was excited about the position until the last round. The culture does not seem very nice, they mad fun of a person who had quit a lot and kept emphasizing that you need to work really hard and go the extra mile. Which is fine, but the examples were all about how people need to work outside of working hours a lot. It didn’t sound like the work life balance was very family-friendly.
