I got a call from the VP of the company for a phone interview followed by face to face on the next day. Interview went good and I was told I will be contacted for the result. I had no response for 2 week and no responses for my emails till now.

About my previous work experience and projects I worked.
I applied through university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Intrepid Control Systems (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2014
Interview
I applied through my university career services website. I got a call a week later from the vice president. Asked me questions about my past and current projects. Just basic questions nothing technical. I received a verbal offer in the same day however did not receive any offer letter. After a follow up email they sent me the written offer letter.
