Interview started of with very general phone interview. Was invited to come in for an in person interview. Meet with a lot of people who asked a wide range of questions (technical, materials, project management, culture, why you wanted to work for ISI, manufacturing methods, past accomplishments, how it's made).

They gave me a few different components out of project they currently sell and asked me how I would make them (CNC mill, lathe, MIM, injection mold, etc.).
