Overall, it was a much longer interview process in regards to timing, scheduling, and effort. The HR screen started in the beginning of September 2024 and the final interviews ended at the beginning of November 2024.
Although the company culture seems positive, it is overshadowed by the interview experience. The one thing that made this experience unpleasant was the lack of closure and response after the last interviews. It was quite unprofessional to maintain consistent communication up till the last interview. After that there was not response on the status or even an update. If you are going to put a candidate through this long process and require them to present to a broader group, please have the decency to provide a follow-up on whether or not you plan on moving forward with them.
