After submitting an online application I was asked to do a one-way video interview. There were around 5 questions, unlimited prep time, unlimited retakes. The questions were more behavior/culture oriented (ex: what gets you out of bed in the morning?). After that I received an email from the Director of Recruiting asking what my hourly rate was and was told what they were able to offer for the position. Once we came to an agreement on rate over email, I met with the Director of Recruiting, Creative Services Manager, one of the founders, a Product Owner, and the second founder. All interviews were around between 30-60 minutes and took place over the course of about two weeks. The interview questions were pretty standard.
