I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Isler CPA (Eugene, OR) in Apr 2015
Interview
Step 1) In person interview with multiple partners
Step 2) Online skill assessment
Step 3) Reference checking
Step 4) In person interview with multiple partners
Overall it was a pleasant process, and they did a great job at staying in touch and providing status updates about where we were in the process. The online skill test is pretty straight forward and it gives you detailed instructions on what is expected and how you are to complete each section; just remember that you won't have time to answer every question, so just skip the hard ones and get the low hanging fruit.

Question 1
Normal interview questions like "How did you learn about us; Tell us about yourself and your past experience; Tell us about a challenge you faced and how you overcame it?" Nothing too tricky, no invasive or prying questions.
I applied through university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Isler CPA in Jun 2013
Interview
On-Campus interview followed by an office interview with 2 partners. Easy-going, relaxed, friendly. Made her laugh with one of my answers, so maybe that helped me get the second interview. Go in relaxed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No unorthodox questions, just the general questions you get in any interview during the first interview and specific questions about my resume during the second interview with partners. Go in relaxed.
