I had 4 steps interviews with the company and two steps with the recruiter.
I had 2 interviews with the recruiter. The usual first chat as the screening, then to see if I could really be a fit.
Then I meet the VP of Sales (my current boss).
Then I did a presentation only few days after my 1st meeting, to the Head of HR, the VP of Marketing and the VP of sales, then I had a 121 with the CEO himself which was supposed to be a 30 mins interview but we ended up chatting for 1hr (it was a great interview)
