Applied online and then received a phone call a few days later. Scheduled a phone interview and then a interview with the controller and HR head. There were some generic questions but the controller would come up with new ones based on response

Interview
The first part of the process is to complete a personality/cognitive assessment. Then I was emailed a request for an in-person interview. The interview was unconventional (but not in a bad way). It was more of a conversation than Q&A, which was nice.
