Hiring manager interview, case study with two commercial leaders, and final interviews with the CCO and CEO. The process was transparent, efficient, and moved quickly. I appreciated that they respected candidates' time, and everyone I met came across as exceptionally smart and engaged.

Question 1
Looking at your career history, how can we be confident that you won't leave our company after a relatively short period as well? Why are you interested in joining Isometric specifically? How would you persuade a company that has never purchased carbon credits to explore them and ultimately make their first purchase?
The interview process was very extensive. I had four rounds of interviews with different team members, who asked similar questions. I was off my game on the last interview and totally bombed one question (due to lack of preparation), and assume I didn't get the position because of that.
