Ivory Tower interview questions

4 steps interview : phone call with hr, zoom call with leads, zoom call with managers, art test. The interview was classic. Having to do an art test is still something very bothering and mine wasn’t very relevant.

First was a one on one call with to go through the background. It was followed by a video interview with the Team lead and team member. After that there was a technical test. It was followed by a video interview with the Marketing head. Lastly there was a HR round. After these 3 rounds of interview and one technical test, I was informed they had to hire internally as my visa confirmation and relocation would take too long and they needed someone internally! All I hope this doesn't repeat for any other international candidate. If you are applying please check that if they are ready to sponsor your visa. Or else it will be a wastage of your time. I dedicated 3 months of my job search only to be rejected due to a visa issue.
