I applied online and received a message through Indeed. The process began with a first interview with the direct manager, followed by an aptitude test. Next, there was a panel interview with four individuals: the Director of Sales, Inventory VP, and a senior team member. The final stage involved a technical task observed by multiple people, which felt uncomfortable and slightly awkward. Overall, I found the interview steps to be quite challenging, especially for a small to medium-sized company. However, the people I interacted with, particularly the VP, were approachable and seemed genuinely nice. The company left a positive impression overall despite the rigorous process.
