I am not sure you can call it anything besides being ghosted. I applied, I completed their required assessment and responded back to the recruiter all in one day. You can see if the recruiter reads the message, which was done. I then sent 3 other follow up messages and all were read and all were ignored. I care less if I am not the candidate, I care I put effort into something and get ignored and ghosted.

Question 1
I had to complete on of those personality assessments where it asks you to describe yourself and how others would describe you.
Was confirmed for a phone interview but the interviewer never called nor emailed me to cancel the interview. I even called and emailed but no reply. Very unprofessional and inappropriate. Just so wrong.
