I met with HR and the CEO and we discussed my CV. Pretty normal interview. At one point everyone switched languages (most definitely to test whether I was comfortable speaking in English or not). I was fresh out of uni but I did not, however, need to do any kind of test to get in, so I guess they really needed people at the time.
