    Interview

Called me and left a voicemail, a text message and then an email to call them back.
When I called them back in an hour they said they called me in error and I am not experienced enough to be shortlisted for the role.

Lack of empathy and professionalism- the person didn't even get in the call but asked the receptionist to say that ny experience wasn't good enough!

    Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at JAM Recruitment (Manchester, England) in August 2016.

    Interview

Excruciating interview experience. I was locked away in a room for the best part of 3 hours, and interviewed by 3 separate managers. However, I was told on the same day that I had been given the job!

    Recruitment Account Manager Interview

Anonymous Interview Candidate in Manchester, England
    No Offer
    Negative Experience
    Easy Interview

    Application

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at JAM Recruitment (Manchester, England) in November 2014.

    Interview

The interview process was extremely disappointing. I was told that I was there to meet the MD and a lady from HR turned up and said that he was unavailable (Don't book a meeting if your not going to attend). This particular lady didn't really know why I was there and didn't really have much to say. It was clear that she didn't want to be there. I ended up cutting the interview short and saying thanks but no thanks.

Phone Interview followed by online testing and then on site visit for an assessment centre day - 1 interview with Line Manager, 1 with Director, 1 with CEO.
