the interview process was quick and easy. straight to the point. general interview questions. how to handle customers. etc how you interract with others and prio experiences. how long you expect to be with the company and so forth
Very laid back and customer service focused. Asked a lot of behavioral questions and had many scenarios of possible situations that would happen with customers who are upset or request to speak to manager
Questions about prior experience and leadership positions. Explained using STAR method to answer experiential questions. Drilled on resume specific experiences and skillset. Polite and quick process but be thorough with explanations.

Interview process was very easy went in answer the few general questions use charm asked a few questions regarding schedules and was offered the position right on the spot .
