I was told I passed my assessments and was offered a Team Lead and Manager position, due to my experience, passing the assessments, education, and credentials. I applied for the Tax Expert position. I was then questioned about my expertise and was constantly being interviewed, as if my resume was not real. I was told I was getting an offer letter, that ended up being another interview scheduled. This company does not use integrity when hiring and lies about opportunities after you have taken and passed every assessment given to you. I declined another interview when I was told I would receive an offer letter. I have never experienced anything like this before. They offered me a team lead and manager experience, when I applied for a tax expert position. Only to then downplay my 26 years of experience, my education, and my Enrolled Agent Credentials. I should not have to interview again when I was waiting in an offer letter, because I had already been interviewed 3 times.
