- 30-minute interview with recruiter to assess cultural fit
- 45-minute interview with the hiring manager to assess capabilities and experiences
- 45-minute with head of HR to assess motivation and suitability for the role
- 30-minute to describe the offer
I ultimately declined the offer because the format of the role changed. During the interview process, JFrog was open to remote workers. However, when the offer was presented, the hiring manager mandated a relocation to Seattle.
In addition to changes in location, the offer was not acceptable- the base salary and performance bonus were less than offers from comparable firms. The vacation policy offered fewer paid days off than most comparable firms. The relocation assistance was not sufficient.
